Yoga Nidra meditation has the power to relax, heal, connect, balance, and transform us. This simple practice allows us to reach deep within, rejuvenating and relaxing deeply. It can be done lying down or in a chair. Participants merely need to be in a comfortable, relaxed position. Then you simply rest and follow my voice. There is no way to do this wrong!
